دلالت‌های سیرۀ رضوی در سیاست فرهنگی

اوضاع فرهنگی اجتماعی دوران امامت امام رضا (ع) و همچنین موقعیت خاص آن حضرت در نسبت با امر حکومت، شرایطی ویژه را پدید آورده ‌است که تامل عمیق اندیشمندان علوم اجتماعی برای تحلیل این دوران را می‌طلبد. تامل در سیرۀ اجتماعی آن حضرت، درس‌هایی راه‌گشا برای برون‌رفت دانش علوم اجتماعی کنونی از گره‌های کور پیش ‌رو را به ‌همراه ‌دارد که یکی ‌از آن‌ها درس‌هایی برای سیاست‌گذاران و اندیشمندان حوزۀ فرهنگ است. این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی، درصدد استخراج دلالت‌های سیرۀ رضوی در سیاست فرهنگی برآمد. برخی‌ دلالت‌های سیاست فرهنگی استخراج‌ شده از سیرۀ رضوی در این پژوهش عبارت است از: مردمی ‌بودن؛ اساس سیاست فرهنگی اسلامی، سبک زندگی اسلامی؛ شاه‌بیت سیاست فرهنگی اسلامی، فطریات، نقطه شروع سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی، توجه ‌به ضرورت سیاست‌گذاری برای الگوهای فرهنگی در منظومه تدوینی سیاست فرهنگی اسلامی، فرصت‌شناسی در سیاست فرهنگی، توجه توامان به ابعاد فطری و طبیعی انسان در سیاست فرهنگی اسلامی، عدالت فرهنگی در سیاست‌گذاری فرهنگی، «هویت‌سازی» و «نمادسازی» در سیاست فرهنگی و ... .

Implications of Raḍavi Life in Cultural Policy

The sociocultural situation during the Imamate of Imam Riḍā (as) as well as his special position in relation to the government has created special conditions that require deep reflection of social scientists to analyze this period. Reflecting on the social life of that Imam provides instructive lessons for the current knowledge of social sciences to get out of the present problem, one of which is lessons for policymakers and thinkers in the field of culture. This research, with a descriptiveanalytical approach, sought to extract the implications of Raḍavi life in cultural policy. Some of the implications of cultural policy extracted from Raḍavi life in this study are: Being with people; the basis of Islamic cultural policy; Islamic life style; principles and basis of Islamic cultural policy; innate; the starting point of cultural policymaking; attention to the necessity of policymaking for cultural models in the system of formulating Islamic cultural policy; recognizing opportunities in cultural policy; attention to both the innate and natural dimensions of man in Islamic cultural policy; cultural justice in cultural policymaking; identification and symbolism in cultural policy and ....
