بررسی وضعیت سواد حقوقی معلمان ناحیه 2 زنجان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت سواد حقوقی معلمان ناحیه 2 شهر زنجان انجام شده است. از نظر هدف، پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و شیوه جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. بدین‌منظور، پرسشنامه ای براساس سه حوزه قانون مدیریت خدمات کشوری، قانون رسیدگی به تخلفات اداری و قانون نظام رتبه بندی تهیه شد. با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای، نمونه ای مشتمل بر 320 نفر (زن و مرد) از معلمان ناحیه 2 زنجان انتخاب و پرسشنامه میان آن ها توزیع شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته سواد حقوقی با 30 گویه است که برای تعیین روایی سازه از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی، و اعتبار (محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ) و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تی یک نمونه مستقل، تی دو نمونه مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش موید آن است که میزان سواد حقوقی معلمان در حد پایین تر از حد متوسط است و در ارتباط بین میزان سواد حقوقی با جنسیت و میزان تحصیلات معلمان، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد؛ اما بین میزان سواد حقوقی و سابقه تدریس معلمان، تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد. درنهایت، برای افزایش سطح سواد حقوقی معلمان، تدابیری پیشنهاد شده است. 

investigating the status of legal literacy of teachers in district 2 of zanjan

the purpose of this study was to investigate the status of legal literacy of teachers in district 2 of zanjan city. for this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared based on three areas of civil service management law, administrative violations law and teacher ranking system law. employing a stratified random sampling method, a sample of 320 people (male and female) was selected from the teachers in district 2 of zanjan city and the questionnaire was distributed among them. the research instrument is the research made legal literacy questionnaire with 30 items, which is used to ascertain the construct validity through confirmatory factor analysis and validation (calculation of cronbach’s alpha) and to analyze the data using independent one sample t test, independent two-samples t test and  one way anova. the findings of the research confirms that the level of legal literacy of teachers is lower than average. furthermore, there is  no significant difference between the level of legal literacy with gender and level of education but there is significant difference between the level of legal literacy concerning teaching experience.
