پیامدهای سازمانی سواد انقلاب اسلامی مدیران در منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری

مقاله حاضر را می‌توان کاربستی نو در حوزه مدیریت و انقلاب اسلامی دانست. این مطالعه تاثیرات کاربردی سواد انقلاب اسلامی را در سطح مدیریت سازمان نشان داده که موجب افزایش بهره‌وری، تسهیل قواعد و احکام در قالب حقوق اداری و تامین حقوق شهروندی شده و در مقام حصول، مدیرانی انقلابی را برای نظام به ارمغان خواهد آورد. این تحقیق که یک پژوهش بنیادی از نوع توصیفی اکتشافی است، تلاش شده تا بر مبنای روش »نظریه پردازی داده بنیاد « در مطالعات علوم انسانی، از مجموعه بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب، عوامل پیامدی »سواد انقلاب اسلامی « برای مدیران، متناسب با روش‌شناسی تحقیق و اهداف ارائه شود. تحقیق، ناظر به شناسایی و معرفی مفاهیم، مقوله‌ها و فرامقوله‌های رویش یافته از درون داده‌ها با استفاده از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری به صورت جستجو یاب تا رسیدن به اشباع، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. از سه نوع کدگذاری (مفهوم‌سازی) باز، محوری، انتخابی، 84 کد و مفهوم، 24 مقوله و 6 فرامقوله به نام متغیرهای علی، محوری، مداخله‌گر، راهبردی، زمینه‌ساز و پیامدی به دست آمد. عوامل پیامدی سواد انقلاب اسلامی در مدیران و مسئولان نظام شامل »رفتار انقلابی « »رفتار عملی « »رفتار مسئولانه « »رفتار جهادی « »رفتار راسخ « با برچسب »معرفت سازمانی « در سازمان‌های دولتی و حاکمیتی انقلاب اسلامی ایران نام گرفت.

Organizational Consequences of Islamic Literacy for Managers In the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader

The present article can be considered as a new application in the field of management and the Islamic Revolution. This study has shown the practical effects of Islamic Revolution literacy at the organizational management level, which will increase productivity, facilitate rules and regulations in the form of administrative rights and civil rights, and will bring revolutionary managers to the system as a result. This research, which is a basic research of descriptiveexploratory type, is based on the method of data foundation theorizing in humanities studies, from the collection of statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, the consequences of Islamic Revolution literacy for managers, appropriate to Research methodology and objectives are presented. The research, which seeks to identify and introduce the concepts, categories and metacategories that have grown from within the data, has been studied using the statements of the Supreme Leader as a search engine until saturation is reached. From three types of coding (conceptualization) open, axial, selective, 84 codes and concepts, 24 categories and 6 metacategories called causal, axial, intervening, strategic, contextual and consequential variables were obtained. Consequential factors of Islamic Revolution literacy in managers and officials of the system, including revolutionary behavior , practical behavior , responsible behavior , jihadist behavior , firm behavior were labeled organizational knowledge in government and governing organizations of the Islamic Revolution.
