Current Situation and Determination of Problems of Researcers who working on the Cultivation of Hazelnut

Eliminate problems of researchers who is working on hazelnut in turkey whose production and exports of hazelnut is the first in the world will facilitate access to technological knowledge about the hazelnut. with this project, current situation and problems of researchers were analyzed. survey was conducted by 20 researchers who is working in research institutes and universities. face to face surveys were conducted in 2012 by researchers. likert scale was used in this research and analyzes were conducted with percent expression. 80% of the interviewed researchers say that their profession has voluntarily entered and they have worked an average of 10,4 years. 60% of researchers stated that he was happy working in research institutions, 70% are sufficient in themselves as professional. researchers say that infrastructure facilities are weakness and inter-agency coordination is not enough. in addition, opinions about professional issues and publications are taken.
