اعتبارسنجی دو گونه ماهی همبوم عروس ماهی ارومیه و شاه‌­کولی ارومیه براساس صفات ریخت شناختی در رودخانه مهابادچای

با توجه به ابهامات بیان شده در برخی مطالعات اخیر مبنی بر مترادف بودن دو گونه همبوم عروس ماهی ارومیه (petroleuciscus ulanus) و شاه کولی ارومیه (alburnus atropatenae)، این مطالعه به منظور اعتبارسنجی این دو گونه با مقایسه صفات اندازشی و شمارشی آن ها در رودخانه مهابادچای حوضه دریاچه ارومیه انجام شد. تعداد 64 نمونه از گونه p. ulanus و 68 نمونه از گونه a. atropatenae صید شد و تعداد 17 صفت اندازشی و 7 صفت شمارشی اندازه‌گیری و ثبت شدند. صفات اندازشی به‌منظور حذف اندازه و اثرات ناشی از رشد آلومتریک مثبت استانداردسازی شدند، سپس نرمال و غیرنرمال بودن آن‌ها بررسی شد. داده‌های استاندارد شده با استفاده از آزمون ‌های تی تست، من‌ویتنی، تجزیه به مولفه‌های اصلی (pca) و تحلیل تابع تشخیصی براساس ارزش p تی تست هاتلینگ (dfa/hotelling #39;s ttest) تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد، که دو گونه مورد بررسی در 11 صفت اندازشی و 2 صفت شمارشی تفاوت معنی‌داری داشتند (05/0>p). همچنین آنالیزهای چند متغیره dfa تفاوت معنی ‌داری بین دو گونه مورد مطالعه نشان داد. نتایج این پژوهش فرضیه پیشین مبنی بر هم مترادف بودن این دو گونه را بر اساس صفات اندازشی و شمارشی رد می ‌نماید. بنابراین بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، هویت آرایه‌شناسی این دو گونه معتبر هستند.

Validation of two sympatric fish species of Urmia chub, Petroleuciscus ulanus and Urmia bleak, Alburnus atropatenae, based on morphologic characters in Mahabad-Chai River

A total of 64 specimens of P. ulanus and 68 specimens of A. atropatenae were sampled and were then investigated for 17 morphometric and 7 meristic characters. Measurements were standardized to eliminate the effects of size due to allometric growth pattern, then their normality and abnormality were examined. Standardized data were analyzed using ttest, MannWhitney, principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminative function analysis based on Pvalue of Hotelling #39;s ttest (DFA/Hotelling #39;s Ttest) methods. The results showed that the two species were significantly different in 11 morphometric and 2 meristic traits (P<0.05). DFA analysis also showed significance differences between the two studied species. Our results refute the synonymy hypothesis of Petroleuciscus ulanus and Alburnus atropatenae on the basis of morphometric and meristic traits. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the taxonomic identities of these two species are valid.
