تاثیر استفاده از طعمه بر ترکیب و تنوع گونه ای ماهیان گرگوری در آب های بندرلنگه (خلیج‌فارس)

صید چند گونه ای از ویژگی های صید با قفس های سنتی (گرگور) می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه استفاده از نوع طعمه (ساردین، ماهی مرکب و گربه ماهی) و شکل طعمه (تکه ای و چرخ شده) روی ترکیب صید ماهیان در دو منطقه نزدیک ساحل (4 مایل) و دور از ساحل (11 مایل) ساحل گشه (از توابع شهرستان بندرلنگه) با مدت زمان غوطه وری 24 ساعت انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از طعمه های مختلف بر تعداد گونه های هامور معمولی، سرخو کج پولک، سرخو معمولی، سنگسر معمولی، شوریده و کوپر اثر معنی داری داشت. ماهی هامور معمولی در هر دو ایستگاه بیش ترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داد. کم ترین تعداد ماهیان صید شده مربوط به استفاده از طعمه گربه ماهی و بیشترین میزان مربوط به استفاده از طعمه ماهی مرکب و ساردین بودند. در مقایسه شاخص های زیستی، شاخص مارگالف در هر دو ایستگاه بین فصول هیچ اختلاف معنی داری وجود نداشت. در مورد شاخص یکنواختی، تنها برای ایستگاه 1 بین فصول اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت، ولی شاخص شانون در هر دو ایستگاه بین فصول اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشت. به طور کلی، استفاده از طعمه ساردین در فصل بهار و طعمه ماهی مرکب در فصل زمستان بهترین کارایی از نظر تنوع گونه ای داشتند. همچنین پیشنهاد می شود از گربه ماهی به دلیل کارایی پایین، به عنوان طعمه استفاده نشود.

Effect of bait types and shapes on catch composition and diversity of fish pot in Bandar Lengeh waters (Persian Gulf)

Multispecies fishing is one of the traditional pots characteristics (Gargoor). The aim of this study was comparison of bait types (sardine, cuttlefish and catfish) and the bait shapes (pieces and minced), and their effects on catch composition, using eightyfour Gargoors (14 treatments and 6 replicates) in 2 stations located nearshore (4 miles) and offshore (11 miles) of Gasheh beach (Lengeh Port) with soaking time of 24 hours. Results showed that the bait types had significant effect on frequency of Epinephelus coioides, Pinjalo pinjalo, Lutjanus johnii, Pomadasys Kaakan, Otolithes ruber and Argyrops spinifer. Epinephelus coioides had the highest frequency in both stations. The highest catch frequency was observed for cuttlefish and sardine baits and the lowest was observed for catfish bait. Regarding the comparison of biodiversity indices, Margalef index (D) revealed no significant difference among seasons in both stations. Evenness index (J) showed significant difference among seasons only in nearshore station, but for Shannon index (H rsquo;) significant difference was observed among seasons in both stations. Consequently, sardine in spring and cuttlefish in winter as bait had the best efficiency. In addition, because of low efficiency, using of catfish as bait is not recommended.
