شناسایی و مقایسه تاکسونومیک گونه barbus miliaris fliippi, 1862 یکی از باربوس ماهیان بومی ایران

باربوس ماهیان ایران گونه های کمتر شناخته شده ای هستند که تعداد گونه، زیرگونه، هییریدها و سایر فرم های آنها در جمعیت کمتر شناخته شده است. برای مثال بر طبق اظهارات بیانکو (binaco, 1995) گونه ماهی ایران به نام barbus miliaris fliippi 1862 در استان تهران صید شده است و نمونه تیپ این ماهی در موزه تورین ایتالیا قرار دارد. اما در طول سال ها اعتبار این گونه بومی ایران بعنوان یک گونه مستقل مورد تردید واقع شده است. با هدف ارائه اطلاعات دقیق تر، نمونه های این ماهی در اسناد و موز ه ها مورد توجه و سنجش قرار گرفت. در مقایسه با نمونه های b. miliaris و گونه نزدیک به آن، ویژگی های این گونه شرح داده شده است. در نواحی غرب و مرکزی ایران، نمونه ماهیان صید شد تعدادی از آنها با این گونه مورد مقایسه قرارگرفت. برای تحلیل تفاوت های داده های حاصل از آنها از تحلیل های آماری pca و dfa استفاده شد. تفاوت های دو گروه در طول سر، طول باله دمی، طول باله پشتی و سایر اختلافات وجود دارد. نتایج نشان می دهد که هنوز می توان این گونه ماهی ایران را به عنوان یک گونه مستقل قلمداد کرد. گرچه اطلاعات درباره این ماهی و گونه های مشابه هنوز کافی نیست ولی ضرورت دارد که نمونه های تازه از این گونه از زیستگاه های آن در استان تهران صید شود و اطلاعات آن کامل گردد.

Identifying and taxonomic comparing of Barbus miliaris Fliippi 1862, A valid species of Cyprinid fish in Iran

Iranian Barbus is a less known species whose number of species, subspecies, their hybrids and other forms of their populations are less known. For exle, according to Bianco, 1995 Barbus miliaris Filippi, 1862 was caught in Tehran province and the specimen type was put in the Turin museum in Italy. However, during the years it's validity as a true Barbus species was put under questioned. In order to give validity to the present information on this species, sles of local fishes were caught mainly in western and central areas of Iran and were compared with the preserved specimens in the museum. To analyze the differences, PCA and DFA statistical procedures were performed. The differences is between the two groups are hidden in head length, dorsal, anal, pectoral fin length and other dissimilarities. Data analysis reconfirmed the validity of B. miliaris as a unique species. Despite this, the information about this species and the similar ones is not sufficient and it seems necessary to complete our knowledge by catching this fish in its habitats in Tehran
