بررسی مورفومتریک و مریستیک کفال پوزه باریک (liza saliens risso, 1810) در ساحل انزلی

بررسی صفات ریخت شناسیش و اختلافات ظاهری در رده بندی ماهیان، درک عوامل زیستی و تغذیه ای و رشد و نمو حائز اهمیت می باشد. لذا تحقیق حاضر با موضوع بررسی خصوصیات مورفومتریک و مریستیک کفال پوزه باریک از مهر ماه 90 تا شهریور 91 در ساحل انزلی انجام شد. آنالیز آماری داده ها نشان داد که این ماهیان (180 عدد) دارای میانگین طول کل 30/74±255/49 میلی متر، وزن 42/14±127/47 گرم و سن 0/106± 4/32 سال می باشند. میانگین تعداد فلس های روی خط جانبی 1/71±44/95 عدد، تعداد شعاع های منشعب در باله پشتی دوم 0/45±7/04 و در باله مخرجی 0/35±8/92 عدد تعیین شد. میانگین طول سر 1/1±23/5 درصد، قطر چشم 0/5±6/25 درصد و بیشترین ارتفاع بدن 1/86±21/47 درصد، ارتفاع و طول باله پشتی i به ترتیب 0/95±12/36 و 0/53±6/04 درصد، ارتفاع و طول باله پشتی ii به ترتیب 0/94±12/76 و 0/67±8/41 درصد و ارتفاع و طول باله مخرجی به ترتیب 0/96±13/26 و 0/85±9/51 درصد، طول باله های سینه ای 1/19±20/02 درصد و باله شکمی 0/84±14/07 درصد، فاصله باله های سینه ایشکمی 1/11±18/57 درصد و شکمی مخرجی 1/81±37/02 درصد و فاصله پیش پشتی 1/61±48/96 درصد طول چنگالی بدن بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که بین جنس نر و ماده از نظر صفات شمارشی اختلافی وجود ندارد اما از نظر صفات سنجشی در 40 عامل اختلاف مشاهده گردید.

Investigating Morphometric and Meristic of Leaping Mullet (Liza saliens Risso, 1810) in the coast of Bandar Anzali

Study of morphological characteristics and apparent differences are important in fish classification, comprehension of biological and feeding factors and growth. Therefore, the present study has been conducted to investigate morphometric and meristic characteristics of sharp nose mullet (Liza saliens) in Bandar Anzali coast from August 2012 to October 2012. According to data analysis, the average of total length, weight and age of the examined specimens (n=180) were 255.49plusmn 30.74 millimeter, 127.47plusmn 42.14 gram and 4.32plusmn 0.106 year, respectively. The average number of scales on lateral line, the number of branched rays in the second dorsal fin and anal fin were estimated 44.95plusmn 1.71, 7.04plusmn 0.45 and 8.92plusmn 0.35, respectively. Other measurements were as follows: the average head length 23.5plusmn 1.1%, eye diameter 6.25plusmn 0.5%, maximum length of body 21.47plusmn 1.86%, height and length of the first dorsal fin 12.36plusmn 0.95 and 6.04plusmn 0.53% respectively, height and length of the second dorsal fin 12.76plusmn 0.94 and 8.41plusmn 0.67% respectively, height and length of anal fin 13.26plusmn 0.96 and 9.51plusmn 0.85% respectively, pectoral fin length 20.02plusmn 1.19% and ventral fin 14.07plusmn 0.84%, pectoralventral fin distance 18.57plusmn 1.11% and ventralanal 37.02plusmn 1.81% and predorsal distance 48.96plusmn 1.61% of body fork length. Results showed that there were no statistic differences in meristic counts between male and female but there were observed differences in 40 morphometric factors between two sexes.
