بررسی شاخص‌های تغذیه‌ای ماهی گارا (garra rufa) در رودخانه قشلاق سنندج، استان کردستان

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شاخص های غذایی ماهی گارا (garra rufa)، در رودخانه قشلاق سنندج، از رودخانه های استان کردستان انجام شد. نمونه برداری بصورت فصلی طی فصول بهار، تابستان، پاییز و زمستان سال 1397 با استفاده از الکتروشوکر و ساچوک به قطر چشمه 20 میلی متر صورت گرفت. جهت آنالیز رژیم غذایی، 40 نمونه از گونه garra rufa مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این نمونه ها در دامنه طولی 56 تا 137 میلی متر و دامنه وزنی بین 2/5 تا 37 گرم قرار داشتند. میزان شاخص طول نسبی روده (rlg) در این گونه بطور میانگین 2/25±8/22 می باشد که که گیاهخوار بودن (پریفیتون خوار) آن را مشخص می کند. میزان شاخص گاستروسوماتیک (gasi) بطور میانگین 5/28±11/67، میزان شاخص فاکتور وضعیت (k)، 0/23 ± 1/35، شاخص خالی بودن روده (cv)، 10، همچنین با توجه به درصد فراوانی گروه های غذایی در محیط و دستگاه گوارش ماهی مشاهده گردید که این ماهی جهت تغذیه به ترتیب تمایل بیشتری به جنس هایnitzschia ،gomphonema ،amphora ،cocconeis ،rhabdoderma  وdiatoma  دارد و ارجح ترین آیتم های غذایی در طول فصول نمونه‌برداری برای این ماهی می باشند و جنس ocillatoria با مقدار 0/8- کمترین اولویت را به خود اختصاص داد. از میان آیتم‌های غذایی شناسایی شده در دستگاه گوارش این ماهی، جنس‌های پریفیتونیcocconeis ،cymbella ، diatoma،gomphonema ، melosira،nitzschia ،synedra  و navicula بعنوان غذای اصلی، جنس‌های cyclotella، pediastrum ،stephanodiscus ،cymatopleura ،gyrosigma،gloeotrichia  وspirulina  به عنوان غذای اتفاقی و آیتم هایamphora ،chlorella ، cosmarium، ocillatoria، rhabdoderma وscenedesmus  بعنوان غذای فرعی مصرف شده بود.

diet and feeding indices of garra rufa heckel, 1843 in gheshlagh river, kurdistan province

this study was conducted to survey the feeding indices of garra rufa in gheshlagh river, kurdistan province. seasonal sampling carried out during spring, summer, autumn and winter of 2018 using electrofishing and cast net with 20 mm mesh size. for diet analysis, 40 number of garra rufa was used. the length and weight of sampled fishes was renged of 56 to 137 cm and 2.5 to 37 g, respectively. the average of rlg index was 8.22±2.25 that specified the herbivory or prephyton feeder. the mean of gastro- somatic index, condition factor (k) and vacuity index (cv) was 11.67±5.28, 1.35±0.23 and 10 respectively. also, according to the percentage of food groups in the environment and gastrointestinal tract of fish, it was observed that this fish is more inclined to nitzschia, gomphonema, amphora, cocconeis, rhabdoderma and diatoma genera for feeding, respectively and they are the most preferred food items for this fish during the sampling seasons and the genus ocillatoria with a value of -0.8 had the lowest priority. the genera cocconeis, cymbella, diatoma, gomphonema, melosira, nitzschia, synedra and navicula as the main food, the genera cyclotella, pediastrum, stephanodiscus, cymatopleura, gyrosigma, gloeotrichia and spirulina as the supplementary food and the genera amphora, chlorella, cosmarium, ocillatoria, rhabdoderma and scenedesmus as the incidental food of garra rufa
