بررسی رابطه میان شایستگی های مدیران پروژه بر مبنای استاندارد icb با فرآیندهای مدیریت پروژه بر مبنای استاندارد pmbok در سازمان های پروژه محور

استقرار اثربخش نظام های مدیریتی همچون نظام مدیریت پروژه در سازمانهای پروژه در گرو تامین یکسری الزامات نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری است. شناسایی و تامین شایستگی های مدیریت پروژه برای مدیران طرحها یکی از مهمترین الزامات نرم افزاری برای اطمینان از کارآمدی و اثربخشی استقرار رویکرد مدیریت پروژه در چارچوب فرایندهای تخصصی مدیریت پروژه می باشد. استاندارد بین المللی مدیریت پروژه pmbok با محوریت حوزه های دانشی، فرایندهای مدیریت پروژه را معرفی می کند. استاندارد بین المللی شایستگی های مدیریت پروژه icb نیز سه دسته شایستگی فنی، رفتاری و زمینه ای را معرفی می کند. با توجه به دو استاندارد شناخته شده مذکور هدف از انجام این مطالعه شناسایی مهمترین شایستگی های مدیریت پروژه برای پشتیبانی و استقرار فرایندهای مدیریت پروژه می باشد. در این تحقیق از ابزار پرسشنامه بسته استفاده شده است. در این پرسشنامه ها نظرات تعداد 100 نفر از کارکنان یک شرکت بزرگ فعال در زمینه احداث پروژه های نیروگاههای برقابی اخذ گردید. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که رابطه نسبی و قوی میان شایستگی های مدیریت پروژه با فرایندهای مدیریت پروژه وجود دارد و اینکه فرایندهای مدیریت ریسک پروژه از مهمترین فرایندهای مدیریت پروژه محسوب می شود.

Project Managers Competencies based on ICB and Project Management Processes based on PMBOK in Project Based Organization (Case study: Hydropower Plants Management)

Effective implementation of managerial systems needs software and hardware requirements. Project management competencies of the managers is one of the most important and inevitable requirements to ensure the success of the projects in any industry. Inorder to clarify the requirements, many international and professional instituts have presented wellknown frameworks to help the managers to shape their management styles and action plans. For instance, Project Management Institute (PMI) based on ten knowledge areas indroduce project management processes and publish them in the book named: PMBOK. Intenational Project Management Assosiation (IPMA) with regared to the competencies present the most important project management competencies and publish them in the book named: ICB. With respect to the two mentioned standard the objective of this study is to show the relationship between project management competencies and project management processes. In this study a closed questionary was designed and distributed among 100 project managers and professionals. This research is implemented in one of the governmental company which is affiliated to the ministry of energy, responsile to construct macro hydropower plants. This study showed and proved the relationships between PM competencies and PM processes.
