نگرش دانشجویان حسابداری نسبت به مقطع کارشناسی ارشد

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف کنکاش پیرامون نگرش دانشجویان حسابداری نسبت به مقطع کارشناسی ارشد صورت گرفته است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی است و با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان و فارغ‌التحصیلان کارشناسی ارشد حسابداری دانشگاه‌های دولتی کشور است که به روش گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شده‌اند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها تا زمان دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. در پژوهش حاضر پس از برگزاری 14 مصاحبه از دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاه‌های دولتی، اشباع نظری محرز گردید.یافته‌ها: نتایج این پژوهش چهار تم اصلی شامل بسترهای اقتصادی، سیاسی وفرهنگی، امتیازات مورد انتظار از ادامه تحصیل، فاصله انتظارات و راهکارهای برگزاری بهینه دوره ارشد از نگاه دانشجویان را معرفی می‌کند.نتیجه‌گیری: بسترهای اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی نوع نگرش دانشجویان حسابداری نسبت به مقطع کارشناسی ارشد را تحت الشعاع قرار می‌دهد. همچنین دانشجویان حسابداری به امید کسب امتیازات مختلفی وارد این مقطع شده و به سبب مسائلی که وجود دارد انتظارات آنها به میزان کافی برآورده نشده است.دانش افزایی: پژوهش حاضر با شناسایی عوامل انگیزشی دانشجویان حسابداری می‌تواند به نهادهای قانون‌گذار نظیر وزارت علوم و دانشگاه‌ها راه‌حل‌هایی ارائه دهد تا نیاز دانشجویان ومتخصصان دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد برآورده شود.

attitude of accounting students towards master’s degree

purpose: the purpose of the present study is to explore the attitude of accounting students towards the master’s degree.method: the current research is qualitative research and was conducted using the theme analysis method. the statistical population includes students and graduates of master’s degrees in accounting from public universities of the country, who were selected by the snowball method. data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached. in the present research, after conducting 14 interviews with students and graduates of public universities, theoretical saturation was determined.results: the results of this research introduce four main themes, including economic, political and cultural contexts, expected points from continuing education, the gap between expectations, and optimal solutions for conducting the master’s course from the students’ point of view.conclusion: economic, political and cultural contexts affect the attitude of accounting students towards the master’s degree. also, accounting students entered this course hoping to get different points, and due to the issues that exist, their expectations have not been met sufficiently.contribution: by identifying the motivational factors of accounting students, the present research can provide solutions to law-making institutions such as the ministry of science and universities to meet the needs of students and professionals with master’s degrees.
