جستاری در مبانی فلسفی حق بشری «محیط زیست سالم» در مذهب امامیه

حق بر محیط زیست سالم یکی از مهمترین مصادیق حقوق بشر بوده که در عصر حاضر مورد توجه جامعه جهانی است. این حق در متون دینی فقه امامیه به صراحت بیان نشده است. آنچه که وجود دارد، بیان برخی تکالیف برای افراد بشری در کنار ذکر عناصر طبیعت است. با این حال، آنچه ضروری است مورد بحث قرار گیرد، استخراج حقوق بشری برای داشتن محیط زیست سالم در نظام استدلالی و فلسفی فقه امامیه و یافتن پاسخ این سوال اساسی است که چگونه می توان با لحاظ تکالیف بیان شده در متون دینی در قبال عناصر محیط زیست، به حقوق افراد بشر در این زمینه دست یافت و مهمترین مبانی این حقوق کدامند؟ پژوهش حاضر با مروری بر منابع اصیل مذهب امامیه و در روشی توصیفی – تحلیلی، با استناد به قاعده ملازمه حق و تکلیف، مهمترین مبانی فلسفی حق بر محیط زیست سالم در این مذهب را بدست آورده که امنیت، آبادانی، سلامت و بهداشت، امنیت روانی، رونق اقتصادی، اقتدار ملی، ارزش ذاتی و ارزش ابزاریِ محیط زیست، از جمله آنها است.

the right to a healthy environment is one of the most important examples of human rights, which is the concern of the world community today. this right is not explicitly stated in the religious texts of imami jurisprudence. what exists is to express some tasks for human beings along with mentioning the elements of nature. however, what is necessary to be discussed is extracting human rights to have a healthy environment in the reasoning and philosophical system of imamiyyah jurisprudence and finding the answer to the basic question of how to deal with the elements of the environment in terms of the duties expressed in religious texts. life achieved the rights of human beings in this field and what are the most important bases of these rights? by reviewing the original sources of the imami religion and in a descriptive-analytical method, with reference to the principle of right and obligation, the most important philosophical foundations of the right to a healthy environment in this religion have been obtained, which are security, development, health and hygiene, psychological security. economic prosperity, national authority, intrinsic value and instrumental value of the environment are among them.
