سیاستگذاری فرهنگ حقوق شهروندی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هر جامعه ای با شناسایی نیازها و تدوین برنامه های اجرایی مناسب و درست در سطح کلان می تواند به جوامع باثبات، پایدار و مترقی در همه ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی تبدیل شود. ارتقای فرهنگ حقوق شهروندی و افزایش دانش و مهارت های شهروندی با تاکید بر انضباط و اخلاق اجتماعی و بسترسازی جهت تقویت هویت دینی، ملی و انقلابی شهروندان و نیز بهبود سلامت فردی و اجتماعی شهروندان با تاکید بر برابری، مشارکت اجتماعی، توسعه فرهنگ شهروندی به منظور ارائه الگوی سالم و افزایش نشاط در شهروندان از جمله ضروریات جامعه سالم است. در ایران اسلامی شناسایی و تصریح حقوق شهروندان در متن قانون اساسی ، منشور حقوق شهروندی و قانون احترام به آزادی های مشروع و حفظ حقوق شهروندی را باید گامی اساسی در پیشرفت و توسعه اجتماعی ارزیابی کرد که در این مقاله سعی می شود با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی، موضوع سیاستگذاری فرهنگ حقوق شهروندی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران بررسی شود.
