پیاده روی اربعین به مثابه حق اسلامی بشر و ظرفیت آن در تحقق صلح

زیارت امکان مقدس در ادیان، جایگاه ویژه دارد. زیارت نیز در دین اسلام مورد توجه واقع شده است. زیارت اربعین جزء حقوق اسلامی بشر به حساب می آید. در دو دهه اخیر، زیارت قبر امام حسین و زیارت اربعین با رونق فراوانی مواجه شده است. این پژوهش سعی کرده است با روش توصیفی تحلیلی، به رابطه زیارت اربعین به عنوان یک حق بشری و اسلامی با ایجاد و استمرار صلح و امنیت به بپردازد. یافته‌های این پژوهش عبارتند از این که زیارت اربعین در کنار آثار معنوی و تربیتی، زیارت اربعین باعث ایجاد همدلی و دوستی بین زائران اربعین با ملیت‌های مختلف شده است. زیارت اربعین باعث صیانت از امکان مقدسه عراق شده است. همچنین زیارت اربعین در دل خود باعث ایجاد امنیت شده است. موجب ایجاد و تقویت صلح و دوستی در منطقه شده است. این پژوهش به این نتیجه رسیده است که زیارت اربعین جز حقوق اسلامی بشر در راستای صلح و انسانیت است که دولتها بایستی این حق را محترم بشمارند و بستر اجرای آن را فراهم آورند.

the capacities of Arbaeen pilgrimage as an Islamic human right at peace building

Pilgrimage of sacred places has a special position among different religions. Pilgrimage has also been considered in Islam. Arbaeen pilgrimage is considered a part of Islamic human rights. In the last two decades, the pilgrimage of the grave of Imam Hussein (p.b.u.h) and the pilgrimage of Arbaeen ceremony have burgeoned. This research has used analytical descriptive method to study relationship between Arbaeen pilgrimage as a Islamic human right with the establishment and maintenance of peace and security. The findings of this study are Along with spiritual and educational effects, the Arbaeen pilgrimage has caused empathy and friendship between the Arbaeen pilgrims with different nationalities. The Arbaeen pilgrimage has recovered Iraq’s sacred places. Also, the Arbaeen pilgrimage has created security. The Arbaeen pilgrimage has created and strengthened peace and friendship in the region as well. This study has concluded that Arbaeen pilgrimage is an Islamic human rights in the direction of peace and humanity that states should respect this right and provide the basis for its implementation.
