ماهیت حقوقی جنایات ارتکابی بر مسلمانان فراموش شدۀ میانمار

از چندین دهه پیش تاکنون، در نتیجۀ خشونتهای ارتکابی علیه اقلیت قومی مسلمانان در کشور برمه، هزاران نفر از مسلمانانی که از خشونتهای جدی و گسترده جان سالم به در بردهاند، در سطح ایالت راخین در اردوگاهها آواره شده یا به کشورهای مجاور مانند بنگلادش متواری شدهاند و در آنجا در شرایط سخت و در نبود امکانات اولیه برای زندگی متعارف، سکونت دارند. به نظر میرسد با توجه به گستردگی جنایات، هدف از خشونتهای ارتکابی علیه مسلمانان مظلوم میانمار، پاکسازی قومی است. جنایاتی که هم از سوی گروههای مردمی افراطی صورت میگیرد و هم در موارد متعددی دولت مستقر میانمار، فراتر از حمایت جنایتکاران خود مباشر این خشونتهاست. این نوشتار در پی یافتن ماهیت اعمال خشونتآمیز علیه مسلمانان میانمار از منظر بینالمللی است تا در نهایت بتوان راهکاری در راستای حمایت از آنان براساسماهیت اعمال ارتکابی معین کرد.

Legal Nature of Crimes Committed on Forgotten Muslims of Myanmar

It seems that, given the wide range of crimes,the purpose of the perpetration of this violence and crimes is the Muslims genocide.In this article, the crimes committed by extremist groups of Buddhist people and thegovernment of Myanmar. The government’s performance in these cases goes beyondthe support of the criminals and violent people and, in many cases; government ofMyanmar is the guardian of the violence massacre. This article seeks to find out thenature of these violent acts by by studying carefully in international law rules andfinally find a solution for this tension based on the nature of the acts of committing it,to support Muslims of Myanmar and protecting their fundamental rights.
