کرامت انسانی در گرو آموزش، ترویج و حمایت از حقوق شهروندی؛ با تاکید بر لزوم حاکمیت قانون

حفظ و حراست از حقوق و کرامت شهروندان از وظایف اصلی حکومت و دستگاههای آن است؛ به همین دلیل آموزش حقوق بشر و شهروندی برای دستیابی به جامعه ای پویا و ارتقای روابط پایدار و هماهنگ بین جوامع به منظور درک متقابل صلح، ضروری است. در این پژوهش به بحث حاکمیت قانون در چهارچوب نظام حقوقی بین المللی بشر و ترویج و اجرای حقوق شهروندی از طریق آموزش پرداخته ایم و به این نتیجه رسیده ایم که با توجه به ماهیت فرهنگی  اجتماعی حقوق شهروندی و لزوم بالابردنِ شناخت و آگاهی نسبت به این حقوق و تکالیف متقابل دولت و مردم، آموزش حقوق بشر و شهروندی در راس فعالیت دولتهای قانون مدار قرار گرفته است و مجریان قانون باید کسانی باشند که خود عامل قانون بوده و خادم واقعی مردم باشند.

Human Dignity in the Name of Education, Promotion and Protection of Civil Rights, Emphasizing the Need for the Rule of Law

Citizenship is one of the social concepts in which members of society are related toeach other, institutions and society. The government and people educate human rights and citizenship are at thehead of the lawgoverned governments Therefore, law enforcers must be the oneswho are the act of law and serve as the servants of the people, their true servants.Therefore, protecting the rights and dignity of citizens is one of the main duties of thegovernment and subsidiary bodies. For this reason, human rights and citizenship < br />education to promote and Achieving a dynamic society and promoting a stable andcoordinated relationship between communities and promoting the mutualunderstanding of peace, and since without the support of governments, human rightseducation and citizenship are not feasible, the relationship between human rightseducation and governance is a multifaceted relationship and without the educationof rights Humanity and Citizenship, Governance They are shaken. In this research,we have discussed the rule of law within the framework of the international humanrights system and the implementation of citizenship rights, and we conclude that eachsociety needs to have healthy human resources to achieve high levels of social,economic, political development, visible and aware of his social, political andcitizenship rights.
