دامنه مفهومی حق زنان بر اشتغال در مشارکت سیاسی-اجتماعی: خوانش بینش حضرت امام خمینی(ره)

مشارکت سیاسیاجتماعی زنان امری است که برخی دیدگاه‌های غربی نظیر نگرش فمینیستی، صرف آن را رسالت زن و غایت آمال خود پنداشته‌اند و در این میان، برخی حکومت‌ها نظیر ایالات متحد آمریکا از این امر، پوششی درست کرده‌اند تا خود را مدافع حقوق بشر و به طور خاص، حقوق زنان جلوه دهند و این گونه تظاهر کنند که نگاه اسلامی در تعارض با این حق بشری است. مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفیتحلیلی به تدقیق در بینش حضرت امام خمینی (ره)، راجع به حق زنان بر اشتغال در مشارکت سیاسیاجتماعی پرداخته است. مقاله حاضر به این نتیجه دست یافته است، حضرت امام خمینی (ره)، با اشرافی که بر آموزه‌های اسلامی داشتند نگاهی دقیق از دامنه مفهومی حق زنان بر اشتغال در مشارکت سیاسیاجتماعی داده‌اند و آن، این که اگرچه آن را منع نداشته و حتی بعضاً مقتضی قلمداد کرده‌اند لیکن، رسالت و غایت آمال نوع زن را در امور والاتری، از جمله و به ویژه ایفاء نقش فعالانه در تربیت جامعه اسلامی، دانسته‌اند. در اندیشه حضرت امام خمینی (ره)، زن می‌تواند صاحب شغل باشد اما این نباید موجب به فراموشی سپردن، انکار یا کم‌اهمیت‌پنداری وظایف اصلی زن شود . از این رو در بینش بنیانگذار کبیر جمهوری اسلامی ایران، اسلام حضور و فعالیت زن را پایه اساسی فضای خانواده و محیط داخلی خانه می‌داند و ضمن آن که بر این امر تاکید و پافشاری دارد و نقش و حضور او را در جامعه بی‌فروغ نمی‌شمارد، بر نقش روح بخش نخست اصرار می‌ورزد.

Conceptual Domain of Women’s Right to Participate in Sociopolitical Activities: Studying Imam Khomeini’s Views

Abstract Some Western ideologies, such as feminism, consider women’s sociopolitical participation as a duty for them and the ultimate goal for their empowerment. In the meantime, some governments like the United States have used this as a cover to represent themselves as the proponents of human rights, and the rights of women in particular, to pretend that Islamic perspective is against this branch of human rights. This paper has adopted a descriptiveanalytical approach to delve into Imam Khomeini’s viewpoints on the rights of women to participate in sociopolitical activities. The results of this study indicate that, thanks to Imam Khomeini’s allembracing knowledge on Islamic teachings, he has had a precise and thorough approach toward the conceptual domain of the rights of women in social and political participation. Although Imam Khomeini has never rendered it religiously forbidden – and still religiously recommended in some cases he has considered superb role and goal for women such as playing an active role in upbringing the Islamic society. In Imam Khomeini’s thought, women can be employed but this must not end in forgetting, denying or understating principal responsibilities of women. Therefore, in Imam Khomeini’s school of thought, Islam considers women’s presence and their activities primarily within the family atmosphere and inside the house. While placing emphasis on women’s participation in the social activities, Islam insists on their primary role in the house as a good mother and a good wife.
