حقوق خبر در پرتو گزاره های فقهی و حقوق بشر اسلامی

خبر به مثابه مهمترین پیام منابع ارتباطی قرن حاضر، به بخش جدایی ناپذیری از جهان ما تبدیل شده است و همۀ مردم بدون استثنا در شبکه های درهم تنیده ای از رسانه های خبری گرفتار آمده اند. خبر در عرصه شیوه کسب، محتوا و ارائه نیازمند تدارک نظم حقوقی ویژه ای است و خبرنگاران نیز به عنوان عاملان ارتباطی، از حقوق و تکالیف خاصی در مقایسه با « خبرنگاران » و « خبر » برخوردارند؛ ازاین روی درک نظام حقوقی حاکم بر نظام های حقوقی موجود امری ضروری است. نوشتۀ حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه ای در راستای این رسالت به قلم درآمده است.

Therefore, the inference of the legal system governing the “news” andjournalists in comparison with the existing legal systems is necessary that thepresent article has been written with a descriptiveanalytical approach based onlibrary studies in line with this mission.
