دیپلماسی علم و فناوری و الهام بخشی اسلامی و منطقه ای جمهوری اسلامی ایران

دیپلماسی علم و فناوری مفهوم نوینی است که از علم، نوآوری و فناوری در دیپلماسی برای تقویت گفتگو و همکاری بین ملت‌ها، افراد و سازمان‌ها به منظور توسعه روابط بین‌المللی و منطقه ای استفاده می‌کند و امروزه جایگاه مهمی بین کشورهای جهان یافته است و دولت ها از این ظرفیت برای افزایش قدرت نرم افزاری خود در نیل به مصالح، منافع و امنیت ملی استفاده می‌کنند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز در این زمینه با توجه به اهمیت این مساله و مبتنی بر اسناد بالادستی علمی و بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی اهتمام ویژه ای داشته است (مسئله).در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی و مطالعات اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و مبتنی بر گزارش های پایگاه های علمی معتبر بین المللی (روش) نشان داده شد رشد پرشتاب و پیشرفت‌های چشمگیر پژوهشگران علمی و فناوران ایرانی، ظرفیت‌ها و قابلیت های بالفعل و بالقوه بی‌نظیری را در حوزه دیپلماسی علم و فناوری فراهم آورده که این ظرفیت ضمن افزایش اعتبار و قدرت جمهوری اسلامی ایران با هدف پیشبرد اهداف و منافع کشور و شکستن دیوار تحریم‌های علمی و مالی، موجبات الهام بخشی کشورهای اسلامی و منطقه ای را فراهم ساخته است (یافته)
