تحلیل عملیات استشهادی در فقه سیاسی شیعه

فرایند عملیات استشهادی در عرصه فقه و سیاست دفاعی یکی از مولفه‌های چالشی بوده و با توجه به ویژگی‌های این نوع عملیات که عمدتاً در راستای دفاع از کیان اسلام و کنترل دشمن رخ می‌دهد، از اقدامات دفاعی محسوب می‌شود، بااین‌حال، برخی مقوله عملیات استشهادی را غیر مشروع دانسته و با انتحار یکسان می‌دانند. پژوهش حاضر درصدد تبیین مستندات فقهی این نوع عملیات در چارچوب فقه سیاسی است. (مسئله)؛ روش مقاله توصیفی و تحلیلی است. (روش)؛ براساس یافته‌های این مقاله، عملیات استشهادی به‌مثابه مقاومت قهرمانانه، از یکسو از پشتوانه عام برخوردار است، مانند: حفظ نظام اسلامی و دفاع از کشور در برابر تهاجمات، و از سوی دیگر مستندات خاصی از آیات و روایات دارد که در این پژوهش موردبررسی قرار گرفت، همچنین با تاکید بر دیدگاه فقیهان عناوین اهم، مهم و اضطرار و ضرورت به‌عنوان پشتوانه استشهاد، تبیین شده است، توجه به این مسئله در عرصه امور دفاعی و فعالیت‌های جبهه مقاومت در فلسطین و رزمندگان اسلام در سایر کشورهای اسلامی، با افتراض انطباق آن با قواعد شریعت و ضوابط شرعی، راهگشا خواهد بود. Analysis of martyrdom operations in Shiite political jurisprudence
