بررسی تطبیقی عملکرد انقلاب اسلامی ایران و اخوان المسلمین مصر در فرآیند دولت سازی

پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی و با استفاده از تکنیک توصیف و تحلیل و با ابزار فیش برداری از منابع کتابخانه‏ای، اسناد و مدارک معتبر علمی انجام گرفته است.(روش) این موضوع در امتداد دولت سازی مورد بررسی واقع شده و سوال اصلی مقاله چنین مطرح شده که؛ علت و زمینه‏های موفقیت نهضت اسلامی ایران در دولت سازی و ناکامی اخوان المسلمین چه بود و عوامل موثر بر آن کدامند؟(مسئله) مفروضه پژوهش این است که نظام برآمده از نهضت اسلامی در ایران مبتنی بر اصول اسلامی و مردمسالاری دینی عمل کرده و اخوان المسلمین مصر چنین نبوده و در برپایی نظام سیاسی با ابزارهای دموکراسی نیز ناموفق بود.(فرضیه) علاوه بر آن انقلاب اسلامی مبتنی بر نظریه ولایت فقیه دولت اسلامی را تاسیس کرد؛ این در حالی بود که در مصر و توسط اخوان المسلمین یک نظریه مورد قبول همه گرو‏ها و برخاسته از منظومه فکری و فقهی اهل سنت شکل نگرفته بود.(یافته)

A Comparative Study of the Performance of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood in the StateBuilding Process

Islamic Movement of Iran and Egypt has been selected as the main issue and focus of this research.(Method) One of the topics that is important in the study of Iran and Egypt is the analysis of the systembuilding process in Iran and Egypt after the revolution. Why the Islamic Revolution of Iran succeeded in establishing a political system and the formation of an Islamic state and the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood failed in this regard.(Introduction) The present research has been carried out in a qualitative manner using the description and analysis technique and with the tools of taking notes from library sources, documents and valid scientific documents. This issue has been studied along with statebuilding and the main question of the article is that; What were the reasons and grounds for the success of the Islamic Movement of Iran in statebuilding and the failure of the Muslim Brotherhood, and what are the factors affecting it? The hypothesis of the research is that the system resulting from the Islamic movement in Iran was based on Islamic principles and religious democracy, and the Muslim Brotherhood Egypt did not, and it was also unsuccessful in the establishment of a political system with democracy. (Hypothesis), in addition to the Islamic revolution, based on the theory of the Islamic government, established the Islamic state; Meanwhile, in Egypt and by the Muslim Brotherhood, there was not a theory accepted by all groups and emerged from the Sunni intellectual and jurisprudence. (Results)
