روش های تامین امنیتِ نظامی درجمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس رهنمود های قرآنی

در قرآن، شیوهای تامین امنیت نظامی، به‌عنوان یک نیاز اساسی، بیان‌شده است. امروزه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، اختلافِ گفتمان‌ها در تامین امنیت نظامی بین دو جریان سیاسی اصلاح‌طلب و اصولگرا، پیامدهای منفی و شکاف داخلی را دنبال دارد، جریان اصلاح‌طلب، بر تعامل با جهان، اصرار دارند. ولی جناح اصول‌گرا، به مقاومت، تکیه‌بر توانمندی داخلی و تقویت آن اعتقاد دارند.(مساله) تحقیقِ حاضر به‌منظور استخراجِ نگاه وحیانی به مقوله تامین امنیت، به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و اسنادی انجام‌شده(روش) به این پرسش پاسخ دهد که: قرآن کریم، چه روش‌هایی را برای تامین امنیتِ نظامی پیشنهاد می‌کند؟(سوال)یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی است که قرآن کریم، ضمن پرداختن به برنامه‌های ضد امنیتی دشمن، راهکار مقابله با آن را نیز بیان کرده است. برخی نقشه‌های ضد امنیتی دشمن شامل جنگ‌افروزی، تحریک و تجهیز مخالفان، تهدید، جاسوسی، تلاش برای تضعیف روحیه لشگریان اسلام، بهانه‌تراشی برای فرار از جنگ و غیره.(یافته) راهکارهای مقابله با آن عبارت‌اند از تقویت توان داخلی، رزمایش نظامی، مقابله‌به‌مثل، حفاظت از سران و اسرار، فراهم ساختن تجهیزات ضد جاسوسی، اشرافِ اطلاعاتی و غیره. مقاله پیش رو، به تشریح موارد فوق پرداخته است.

The Methods of providing security In the Islamic Republic of Iran Based on Quranic guidelines

Muslims always have a stubborn enemy that they are always hostile to.In this regard, the methods of providing military security and confronting the enemy are evident in the Quran.Today in the Islamic Republic of Iran, to ensure military security, two currents of thought (reformist and fundamentalist) have different views. Reformists insist on a literature of interaction and compromise with the world, ignoring some national interests. A clear example of this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) , which had no result for Iran. But the fundamentalists believe in the literature of resistance and distrust of the enemy and insist on strengthening Iran’s internal capabilities.(Introduction) The present research, which has been done by descriptiveanalytical and documentary methods,(Method) seeks to find the answer to the question, what methods has the Holy Quran proposed for providing military security?(Question) The findings of the study indicate that the Qur’an, while addressing the antisecurity programs of the enemy, has also stated the solution to deal with it elsewhere Strategies to counter it include strengthening internal power, military exercises, retaliation, protection of chiefs and secrets, providing antiespionage equipment, intelligence aristocracy, and so.(Results)
