بررسی مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه و شناخت ائتلاف ها و تهدیدها (با تاکید بر نقش ائتلاف محور مقاومت در مناسبات آن مجموعه)

مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه یک مجموعه امنیتی خاص و پیچیده است و در دل آن ائتلاف‌هایی وجود دارند که به دلایل مختلف سیاسی، نظامی، امنیتی و ایدئولوژیک دچار اختلاف هستند. هدف اصلی پژوهش بازشناسی مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه با تاکید بر چیستی و چگونگی ائتلاف‌های سازنده با نگاهی ویژه‌بر وضعیت نقش‌آفرینی ائتلاف محور مقاومت است. (هدف) بر این اساس پرسش‌های اصلی این پژوهش بدین گونه است که چه ائتلاف‌هایی در مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه وجود دارند؟ و ائتلاف محور مقاومت چگونه در مناسبات امنیتی مجموعه خاورمیانه نقش‌آفرینی کرده است؟ (مسئله) برمبنای روش تحلیلی – توصیفی (روش) فرضیه‌های مقاله مبتنی بر آن است که ائتلاف‌های مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه با یکدیگر تعامل ندارند، همگن نیستند و مدام یکدیگر را تهدید می‌کنند. ثانیاً محور مقاومت با اثرگذاری مثبت در هر یک از تحولات جریان ساز خاورمیانه زمینه‌ساز کسب اعتبار امنیتی – سیاسی برای خود بوده است.(فرضیه) یافته‌های پژوهشی حاکی از شناسایی سه ائتلاف عمده در مجموعه امنیتی خاورمیانه شامل: 1) ائتلاف محور مقاومت 2) ائتلاف بلوک سنی 3) ائتلاف دفاکتو عبری عربی است. نهایتاً در خصوص محور مقاومت باید گفت که این ائتلاف به دلیل تاثیرگذاری مثبت در هر یک از تحولات اخیر خاورمیانه منافع مدنظر خود را تامین نموده و در آرایش سیاسی – امنیتی مجموعه تاثیر شگرفی نهاده است. (یافته‌ها)

Examining the Middle East security complex and recognizing coalitions and threats (with emphasis on the role of the resistancecentered coalition in the relations of that complex)

The Middle East security complex is a special and complex security complex, and at its heart there are coalitions that are divided for various political, military, security and ideological reasons. The main purpose of this study is to identify the Middle East security complex by emphasizing what and how constructive alliances with a special focus on the role of the resistanceoriented coalition.(objective) What alliances are there in the Middle East security complex? And how has the Resistance Coalition played a role in the security relations of the Middle East?(problem) Based on the AnalyticalDescriptive Method.(method) The hypotheses of the article are based on the fact that the alliances of the Middle East security complex do not interact with each other, are not homogeneous and constantly threaten each other. the axis of resistance with a positive impact on each of the developments in the Middle East has been the basis for gaining securitypolitical credibility for itself. (hypothesis) Research findings indicate the identification of three major coalitions in the Middle East security complex. Finally, regarding the axis of resistance, it should be said that this coalition, due to its positive impact on each of the recent developments in the Middle East, has provided its intended interests and has had a tremendous impact on the politicalsecurity arrangement.(findings)
