بی‌تردید قرآن و سنت معصومین علیهم‌السلام، و تاریخ اسلام در ایران، و نهضت و اندیشه سیاسی امام خمینی و شاگردان و یاران ایشان سازنده روح و محتوای قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. این عهدنامه بزرگ امام و امت مسلمان و مردم مومن و انقلابی ایران، منبع نیرومند الهام بخش «بیداری اسلامی» است. مقدمه و فصول‌ و اصول قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، میثاق ملی ایرانیان و حاصل اجتهاد ولایت فقیه و مراجع تقلید و مجتهدان و فقیهان و حقوقدانان عادل است و درون آن رسالت و وظایف نظام اسلامی، دیپلماسی و رفتار سیاسی انقلاب اسلامی و سیاست خارجی و اهداف جمهوری اسلامی ایران و راهکارهای صدور انقلاب و تکالیف ارتش و سپاه و دولت و ملت به صراحت نوشته شده است. بنابراین قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران الزامات قانونی دولت و ملت در راه بیداری اسلامی بر اساس حکمت و عزت و مصلحت و اقتدار مسلمانان جهان را تبیین کرده است.

Introduction, chapters and principles of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the National Covenant of Iranians and the result of the ijtihad of VelayateFaqih and the Imitation references, mujtahids, jurists and lawyers. And within it, the mission and duties of the Islamic system, diplomacy and political behavior of the Islamic Revolution and foreign policy and the goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the strategies for exporting the revolution and the duties of the army, IRGC, government and nation are clearly stated. Therefore, the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran has explained the legal requirements of the government and the nation for Islamic awakening and foreign policy based on the wisdom, dignity, expediency and authority of the Muslims of the world.
