نقش ساختارهای سیاسی پیش از بهار عربی بر ماهیت تحولات کشورها؛(مطالعه موردی لیبی و تونس)

تحولات کشورهای خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا که به بهار عربی یا بیداری اسلامی معروف گردید، مدل‌های مختلفی داشته است. در کنار مشابهت‌های موجود بین کشورهایی که درگیر این رخداد بوده‌اند، پاره‌ای از شرایط و مقتضیات آنها هم متفاوت از یکدیگر بوده و همین اختلافات بر بخشی از نحوه وقوع حوادث و نیز آتی تحولات این کشورها تاثیرگذار بوده است که شاید در آینده نیز تداوم داشته باشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ، بررسی نقش ساختارهای سیاسی بر ماهیت تحولات در دو کشور ، لیبی و تونس پیش از بهار عربی می باشد. مقاله حاضر به لحاظ روش ، توصیفیتحلیلی می باشد. یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که نهادینه شدن نسبی قواعد بازی سیاسی و سنتی از چرخش نخبگان به شکلی مسالمت‌آمیز در تونس و برعکس آن عدم وجود نهادهای مدنی و سیاسی پایدار و وابستگی قدرت به یک فرد در راس هرم سیاسی از عواملی است که شکل متفاوتی از تحولات برآمده از بهار عربی را در این کشورها دامن زده است. حداقل آنکه در کوتاه‌مدت و میان‌مدت تغییرات در تونس به شکل آرام‌تری نسبت به لیبی صورت گرفت.
