چکیده
|
Sphenocavernous syndrome is a clinical situation which results from primary and secondary lesions in the cavernous sinus and/or superior orbital fissure and in the le-sions of orbit and intracranial cavity that affect cranial nerves extending into these struc tures. in this paper, we report a 30-year-old man with spheno cavernous syndrome who presented with decreased visual acuity, diplopia and right blepharoptosis.
