چکیده
|
Although the posterior mediastinal masses are seen rarely, the most common are neurofi bromas and neurolemmomas (schwannoma) which originate from periferic nerve sheats. the late diagnosed cases which have been asymptomatic for years are called ancient schwannoma. we would like to report the clinical and pathological findings and review of the literature.
