چکیده
|
Splenosis is a heterotopic autotransplantation and implantation of splenic tissue after splenic trauma or splenectomy. because splenosis can be misdiagnosed as a tumor, awareness of this condition is important in patients with a history of splenic trauma or splenectomy. herein, we present a case of intraperitoneal splenosis mimicking neoplastic lesions, and we highlight important clinical aspects and diagnostic imaging signs.
