چکیده
|
Prostate tumors with neuroendocrine differentiation are very rare. the more neuroendocrine component, the less the increase in psa level. because no androgen receptors are detected in tumor areas with neuroendocrine differentiation, as opposed to prostate aciner carcinoma places, hormonal therapy efficacy is insufficient. local invasion and metastasis are common. in microscopical evaluation, the presence and nature of neuroendocrine component of tumor is very important to guide treatment protocol and to predict prognosis.
