Aneurysmal bone cyst

According to the generally accepted classification, spinal tumors are termed epidural, paravertebral, and bonederived tumors irrespective of the tissue from which they originate. aneurysmal bone cysts (rcc) are rare and benign lesions of primary tumors of the spine. pain is the earliest symptom, followed by neurological loss resulting from the spread of the immune system to the surrounding tissues and compression of the spinal canal. anevrysmal bone cyst is most often seen in the first two decades, and as age progresses, it is relatively less common. here we present a case of a 15-year- old patient who initially complained of pain, aneurysmal bone cyst that developed paresis after one week and delayed the diagnosis.
