چکیده
|
Clay-shoveler’s fracture is isolated fracture of spinous process which is derived from extreme stretching force. it is a rare type of fracture, usually occurs at c7 and t1 levels. the most prominent symptom is pain at the level of the fractured spine. generally most of the patients are treated conservatively.surgical treatment is indicated for only a small group of patient. in this report, four case of conservatively treated and followed clay-shoveler’s fracture are reported.
