Strength Analysis (SWOT) of Governorship of National Education of Bismil Districts

The aim of research is to investigate strength, weak, opportunity and threats of district educational office in rural and determine how they use these factors by considering their partners’ point of view with swot, an element of strategic planning. the study is in form of a simple scanning model which is not intended to set out any relation with situation. population was consisted of official schools of ministry national education located in bismil districts, teachers and managers working in civil defense, health group presidency, finance office, municipality, and employee. 15 items pertaining to strengths and weakness were conducted and a separate section was prepared for opportunities- threats and partner suggestion. information was investigated through questionnaire which was designed on the basis of findings supported with data obtained from observation and records of district educational office. as findings are analyzed, personal affairs in a fast way, strong cooperation with other instructions in the district, adequacy of technological needs of schools and other instructions, working conditions, in service training, solidarity, sincere in communications of employee, interdependence in business process. meaning differences were observed as we analyze services of management.
