چکیده    In this study, the chemical degradation of waste tire rubbers crumb-low grade lignite mixture was carried out by using inorganic and organic chemicals such as sulphuric acid (h2so4), sodium hydroxide (naoh) and methyl-alcohol (ch3oh) to decompose at the 140 °c reaction temperatures and 18 minute reaction time under the atmospheric pressure. solid and liquid phase were filtrated after chemical degradation. ash and sulphur removal were provided as used chemical washing treatment in acid-base and base-acid ambiance as succesive with various chemical materials (2m naoh; 0.75m koh; 3mhcl; %30hcl+%30hno3) in different concentrations to solid product. elemental analysis of the solid products was performed on a leco chns 628 model elemental analyzer. determination of ash, moisture and volatile matter was performed according to astm standards. the surface morphology of solid product was performed by means of a scanning electron microscope (sem-zeiss supra 40vp). bet surface area measurements using n2 gas adsorption isotherms were completed with a micromeritics asap 2020 gas adsorption porosimeter. the infrared analyses were obtained using perkin elmer spectrum 100 model ftir spectrometer with (atr). the data obtained from the chemical, physical and morphological analyzes of the product obtained as a result of the chemical degradation of the waste rubber crump- low quality lignite mixture is promising.
