Study to determine wind energy potential for Sakarya University

In this paper, wind energy potential of sakarya university was evaluated. in the study of wind energy potential assessment for sakarya university, topography, obstacles, roughness data of the region with wind data obtained from esentepe wind measurement station were used. calculations were made by using wasp (wind atlas analysis and application program) software and other wind energy analysis software. some advices were given to possible wind energy investors by evaluating the results obtained for different heights.
