Analysis of Master and Doctoral Thesis About Accounting Standards İn Turkey

The aim of this study is to determine the orientation of theses in time in terms of content through analyzing the theses of masters and phd done in turkey in the field of accounting standards. as part of the study, the standards which are most selected as subjects in the field of accounting standards and which are not selected as research subjects sufficiently are detected, and it is aimed to inform the academicians, graduate students and thesis advisors who are planning to do research on this field. the study includes 312 graduate theses done from 1984 to may, 2015. the council of higher education national thesis center is utilized as the tool of data collection.
