   THE STUDY IN RESPECT OF DEMOGRAPHICAL FACTORS OF PERCEIVED RISKS BY TOURISTS IN PROCESS OF PURCHASING

چکیده    The basic problem in consumer attitudes is preference. consumers perceive some risks and hesitate while doing purchasing preferences. one of the basic responsibilities of business administration is to eliminate perceived risks by consumers. from this point of view,this study aims determining type of risks that perceived by tourists in process of purchasing and revealing if type of risks change through demographical factors. according to the result of this study; there is difference between gender, age, occupation, level of monthly income, duration of holiday and the type of perceived risks however there is no difference between marital status, education level and the type of perceived risks, is determined.
