THE ROADS IN THE SEYAHATNAME OF EVLİYA: HIGHWAYS, BRIDGES AND CARAVANSERAIS

Evliya celebi was a boon companion who was not only an addicted traveler but somebody very eager to write about the places he visited. his most important characteristic was his ability to write about the places he saw. in his travelbook where he wrote about the ottoman world from many aspects also he gives information on roads, highways, streets, bridges, rest houses and caravanserais. this study is on roads based on whatever evliya says on them.
