EMPLOYMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS IN FAMILY BUSINESSES: A STUDY IN DENİZLİ FAMILY BUSINESSES

The main purpose of the study is to see the effect of family in the process of hiring of family members in denizli family businesses. the second aim of the study is to determine how the family members received education in order to work in business. for the purposes of this study, a survey was conducted in denizli family businesses. to evaluate the results, the general features of family businesses have been studied firstly. then the study focused on employment of family members in business and the preparation of new generation of family members in the future. as a result of the study, the family’s influence was determined in the employment process of family members in business and the study indicates that family members of the new generations were taking job-related training in the workplace and in schools since childhood.
