چکیده
|
The purpose of this study was to find out the views of elementary school teachers on the time management and to investigate the effect of branch as a variable on the views of these participants with regard to time management. there were a total of four hundred and sixty-eight elementary school teachers involved in this study that took place in denizli. the researchers used an inventory called “time management inventory” that was developed by britton and tesser (1991). the adapted version of the inventory including 23 items was used in this study to find out the views of the participants. after the collection of the quantitative data, the researchers used descriptive statistics and one-way anova in the analysis of the data. the study indicated that the elementary-school teachers’ views about the general time management were at a high level, and that the variable, branch, was determined to be a prominent factor on the views of the participants about the general time management. moreover, while time management levels of both elementary school and pre-school teachers were higher than those of other branch teachers, somehow time management level of mathematics teachers was found as lower than that of others.
