ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD IN SELECTION OF LOGISTICS SUPPLIERS: AN APPLICATION IN MONDIAL COMPANY

Supplier selection is a multi-criteria decision problem that is vital for the organizations. in order to get advantage in competition, the organizations should rely on logistics suppliers. this paper deals with logistics supplier selection problem and applies ahp method to the problem. analytical hierarchy process helps to evaluate the subjective and objective variables together and achieves successful results. in order to select the best logistics supplier, the ahp method is applied in mondial motorcycle company and the results are interpreted.
