DEVELOPMENTS IN GLOBAL ECONOMY BY FINANCIAL AND FISCAL INDICATORS IN PRE-CRISIS PERIOD

The global economy have been faced a financial crisis that emerged in us in mid-2007 but spreading to whole world. this crisis is the most crucial one affecting the global economy after the 1929 depression. at this point, this crisis deepens day by day and shows some characteristics proving themselves as nonmanageble and more complex when compared to those formers. in this study, those developments in global economy are analysed by means of financial and fiscal indicators on some grounds as stocks market, securities, bonds, capital flows from the point views of countries and regions. in the conclusion, there will be given some proposals in order to get rid of the crisis.
