   THE EVALUATION OF THE ORAL EXPRESSION APPLICATIONS IN TURKISH COURSES WHICH ARE PRACTISED BY THE FIFTH GRADE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

چکیده    In this research, the oral expression applications used in turkish courses, which are practiced by 5th grade primary school teachers, were determined. what the teachers considered in these applications, were evaluated within the process of subject and plan, goal, time and evaluation. this research was a case study which it is a model of qualitative research. in the research, questionnaires were supplied to 73 fifth-grade primary school teachers, and the frequency and percentage of the answers provided by the teachers were calculated. as a result of the research, it was established that the teachers generally employed the usual applications, and only partially apply the methods set in the 2005 turkish teaching program.
