چکیده
|
Man, in our age, with the communication technology he developed, succeeded in the impossible and brought the whole world, even the universe, into direct contact. while these dizzying developments in the field of communication carry humankind into different dimension and location from other entities in history, in fact, they also show us, indirectly, to what extent “imagination”, an important faculty inherited from ancestors, could push the limits of mind. this also puts forward that, many times unconsciously, by using his mind he turns his imagination into reality, thus, excludes solid rationalist and phenomenological circles, and that “mind” and “imagination”, which have been considered as two opposite irreconcilable concepts, are the parts of an inseparable whole. power of imagination, neither prehistoric nor modern man could lay aside, still exists in the modern-day human nature, though in different purposes and dimensions, and either updates old mythical stories or continues to create new myths and mythical stories dependent on the conditions of its era. for, this quality is an inseparable part of the universality of human. through the images and symbols concealed in themselves, they are used in multi-cultural communication and in many different fields and maintain their importance.
