چکیده    The caspian sea to the east, the west, extending to the danube river, altai steppes north of the black sea steppes is a kind of sequel (south russian steppes) and the tribe of prehistoric and historic periods, have been home to many cultures. there is no doubt that home owners steppe in the middle ages and the largest political entities that manifests itself in every period of history, establishing the turks. this is called the khazars turks. azerbaijan and the azerbaijani turks, turkish has been very important in shaping the khazars. viii. ix. many battles took place for centuries in the territory of azerbaijan. all in all a part of the khazars necessarily settled in azerbaijan. today in azerbaijan hazardağ (fizuli), hazaryurd (ordubad), place names are from khazars. in this article, mr. abulfaz elchibey, ibn al-esir’s dealt with the history of the khazars and proposed various opinions about the khazars.
