   THE SCULPTURE WORKS IN THE ACMONIA ANCIENT CITY

چکیده    In this study, an iconographic and stylistic analyses of the three pieces of sculpture works, which are today exhibited in the afyon museum, found in the acmonia ancient city (usak province, banaz county, ahat of the village), in the region of phrygia were carried out. these works consist of the torso of a dressed woman, a dressed woman statue, and the torso of an armored emperor. these three sculpture works belong to the roman period as well. these works found in this city give some important clues about the sculpture of the city. in this respect, introduction of these sculpture works may contribute notably to the scientific world.
