چکیده

In this study, effects of dietary antibiotic (avilamycin, 20 mg/kg feed), humate (humicacid+fulvic acid, 300 mg/kg), yeast (3g/kg feed) and mixture of humate and yeast (300 mg humicacid-fulvic acid+2 g yeast/kg feed) supplementation to diets on the performance, carcass yield, weight of liver and length of intestine of broilers was investigated. a total of one thousand and two hundred and fifty one-day-old broiler chicks of mixed sex (ross-308) were randomly assigned to 5 treatment groups, each with 5 identical subgroups. all of the feed additive preparations significantly improved body weight and feed conversion ratio between 1 and 28 days (p<0,05). while body weight differed significantly among treatments at the end of the trial, no significant differences were observed regarding to feed consumption and feed conversion ratio (p>0,05). overall, feed additives increased carcass yield. carcass yield of broilers with yeast and yeast+humate supplemented diets were higher as 2,29 % and 2,39 % respectively, compared to control treatment (p<0,01). percentage weight of liver and length of intestine were not affected by dietary treatments (p>0,05). in conclusion, supplementing yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) into the diets of broiler, either alone or in combination with humate can be used as performance enhancer feed additive instead of antibiotic growth promoter.
