Effect of Different Nitrogen Doses on Yield and Yield Components of Some Triticale (X Triticosecale Wittm.) Cultivars

The research was carried out in 2014-2016 in eskişehir osmangazi university, faculty of agriculture, in order to determine the effects of different nitrogen doses (0, 50, 100, 150, 200 kg/ha) applications on yield and some yield components. the experiments were conducted with three replications according to randomized block factorial design. as a result; grain yield, plant height, protein content, number of spike per m^2, thousand grain weight and harvest index properties were observed to increase depending on nitrogen doses. when the combined data for two years are examined; nitrogen doses were increased and yield and yield components were generally increased.
