چکیده    One of the most important factors in rice grain yield increase is breeding studies. many non-profit research organizations (ro) have been involved in the studies carried out by the government for many years, however, the ro have closed their breeding programs in over time. finaly, only two ro, which are thrace and blacksea region rice breeding projects are continued. the aim of this study is develop to new rice varieties which have high quality and yield potential. this article focuses on the lines examined in detail which is crossed in 2007-2008, selected of f materials between 2009 and 2014, evaluated in yield experiment between 2015-2017. the experiments were evaluated which preliminary yield experiment conducted in 2015, the yield experiment conducted in 2016 and the regional advanced yield experiments conducted in three locations in 2017 (samsun, bafra and çarşamba). experiments were established with randomized block design with three replications. grain yield and some yield components and quality parameters were evaluated on 14-25 lines/varieties each year. as a result of this study, termeincisi variety has been developed which have high grain yield, quality and milling yield. the variety has an upright panicle appearance with a plant height of 85 cm. it has agronomic features that heading in 80 days and maturity in130 days. the variety has a moderate tolerant to rice blast. the variety has a yield potential of 800-1000 kg / da. compared to other high yielding varieties, it stands out because of its high milling yield. the variety milled kernel appearance is transparent and milling yield is 65% in all experiment location.
