   Determination of Population Fluctuation and Efficacy of Some Plant Protection Products on Rose Soft Scale Rhodococcus perornatus Cockerell & Parrott (Hemiptera: Coccidae)

چکیده    In this study, it was aimed to determine the population change of rhodococcus perornatus cockerell & parrott which cause economic damage in the oil rose production areas of isparta province and were collected randomized selected 40 10-cm long branches in two different oil rose orchards at between march and october in the years of 2016-2017 in isparta city center (yakaören). i and ii. nymphs stages, adult male individuals, pre-oviposition of females and egged individuals were counted, it also recorded dead and alive individuals during the counts. in addition, egg counts of 10 individuals selected from female were carried out. population graphs examined, ii. nymph stage started to be active in the last days of march and accelerated its development in april. in the study, efficacy of azadirachtin (nimbecidine), lecanicillium lecanii (nibortemin), beauveria bassiana (nostalgist) and mineral oil were determined against i. and ii. nymph stages in order to determine the effectiveness of some plant protection products in the laboratory conditions. counting times (1th, 3th, 5th and 7th days) were found to be important among the results of the application for nibortem, nimbecidine, nostalgist, fat oil + azadrachtin. in the control application, the lowest average was seen on the 1st day of the counting times, but there was no difference between the averages between the 3rd and 7th counting days. it was determined that they were statistically different between the counting days and the highest mortality averages were obtained on the 7th day for i. and ii. nymph stages.
