Determination of Activity of Some Fungicides to Control Apple Scab (Venturia Inaequalis (Cke) Wint) with Different pH and Temperature Levels

The effect of five different fungicides (cyprodinil, propineb, 200 g/l fluopyram + 200 g/l tebuconazole , dodine and %25.2 boscalid + %12.8 pyraclosrobin) at the different ph (6,7,8) on scarlet spur cultivar in region of direkli harim and yukarı ada, tepeli quarter of eğirdir district of isparta province was investigated against the apple's scab disease (venturia inaequalis), which was an important disease of apple in april-may 2013. in addition, the effect of fungicides on the germination and mycelial growth of venturia inaequalis in different temperatures (15, 20, 25 ᵒc) was investigated. as a result, in april, dodine ph 7 (2.30 %), %25.2 boscalid + %12.8 pyraclosrobin ph 8 (4.17 %), 200 g/l fluopyram + 200 g/l tebuconazole , ph 6 (4.76 %) and propineb ph 6 (6.47%) were the lowest in the disease severity. the highest disease severity in april was observed in 200 g/l fluopyram + 200 g/l tebuconazole ph 7 (14.56 %). the minimum disease severity in may was found in 200 g/l fluopyram + 200 g/l tebuconazole , ph 6 (35.96 %). the germination of v.inaequalis spores rate was the highest in propineb ph 6 and 20 ᵒc and 25 ᵒc. the fungicides used in the experiment were affected by the growth of fungal mycelia. propineb and dodine were the most effective fungicides and mycelial growth was prevented in all ph applications at 15ᵒc)
